Booking/Confirmation Policy:

The following terms supercedes our normal prepay booking terms and conditions:

1. All booking requests are based on first-come-first served basis and subjected to availability.
2. Please note that all bookings made via this page are deemed GUARANTEED. As such, no cancellations are allowed.
3. No refunds will be given for any cancellations or shorten stay.

Payment Policy:
1. Once your booking is confirmed, the total costs of your booking will be charged to your credit card immediately.

Changes in Rates:
1. There may be instances when the hotel, wholesaler or consolidator we are working with make changes to the rates. In such situations, you will be informed of any such changes. If we do not receive any objections from you, we will deemed that you have accepted the changes. If you do not accept the new rates, you are free to reject the new rates and cancel the booking without penalties.
