Q: Do you have rooms available at a XXX dates?
A: We have priority reservations agreement with our member hotels. In general, we have rooms available at any required dates, therefore you do not need to worry about the availability of rooms for you.
Q: What is the price for a Single/Double room at XXX Hotel?
A: All prices are stated in the respective "Room Rates" sections of each hotel. Please refer to it.
Q: Will the price be still the same if I book way in advance?
A: Room Rates are based on the day you made the reservation, not the day you stay at the hotel. Therefore, if there is a price increase, you stand to gain. However, if the price drops, you may stand to loose.
Q: What currency are the prices in, Singapore Dollars or US Dollars?
A: All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Q: Does XXX hotel provides breakfast?
A: All hotels which provides breakfast as a package are stated in their respective "Room Rates" sections. However, most hotels does offer breakfast, even if it is not included in their package.
Q: Are prices for per person or per room?
A: All prices are for per room. However, all member hotels provides either Single/Double rooms. If you require double rooms, you must state so in your reservation forms.
Q: Do you offer discounts for XXX number of guests?
A: Generally, our prices are about 40% - 60% off published rates. It is one of the lowest in the industry now. However, if you are travelling with more than 10 persons, please send us an e-mail to ask for further discounts.
Q: Do you offer airport pickups?
A: Generally Hotels do have such arrangements. However, due to the high costs, we strongly suggest you take a taxi/cab from the airport to the Hotel. As a general rule, the trip should not costs more than S$20 (including airport surcharges). Such trips should not take more than 30mins (normal traffic conditions).
Q: I am a student (or Airline employee etc.), do you offer discount?
A: As mentioned, Hotels.Online's rates are amongst the lowest in the industry, as such, we will not be able to negotiate for lower rates unless you have a group of more than 10.
Q: How far ahead can I book? Can I book say 12 months in advance?
A: Generally, we do not recommend you do that as you tend to forget you have made the reservation. We recommend you make your reservations at least 03 days in advance of the date, and should not be longer than 03 months in advance. However, you may book say 12 months in advance, but please ensure you remember you have made the reservations.
